- The number of days used : 24 hours from the time of initial connection to the local network in Korea is considered one day.

1. After purchase, the operator will send eSIM within 24 hours. Please check the email voucher.

2. Register the eSIM on the cell phone terminal by following the QR code included in the voucher.

1. If you notice that your phone does not support eSIM after purchase, please excuse that refund or cancellation is impossible.

2. Exchange or return is impossible after sending the QR code.

3. You must be activated within 60 days of receiving the eSIM QR code.

4. Refund/Exchange/Return due to QR code removal is impossible. Once deleted, eSIM cannot be rescanned and restored.

5. eSIM can only be installed on one mobile phone and can only be used on mobile phones that have been initially registered (installed).

6. Please make sure to change the data roaming to OFF on the SIM card used by the domestic carrier. (Overseas roaming costs may be incurred due to incorrect operation.)

7. If you are worried about roaming charges at a domestic carrier, please apply for overseas roaming blocking to the carrier before departure.

8. If eSIM registration and use is impossible or if it is defective, a refund is possible only if you contact the online CS center before returning home.

9. Excessive data use can lead to carrier restrictions.

10. Coverage and data speed may vary depending on the communication environment of the travel country.

11. No additional compensation is provided for other roaming costs, overseas USIM purchase costs, and transportation costs.
