Class Process

Duration

1~2 hours (Time may slightly change depending on the number of people.)

Reservation Hours

Everyday, 10:00 / 13:00 / 15:00 / 17:00 / 19:00 

Minimum / Maximum number of people

1 people / 10 people

1. Select the desired date and time. 
2. Please select the branch where you want to experience and the language.
3. Check your mobile voucher or the voucher that will be sent to your email. 
※The voucher will be sent after the company confirms your reservation.
4. Arrive at the experience location on time and show the voucher you received via KakaoTalk/email. 
5. Proceed with the experience.

1. If the desired date and option is not available, the customer service team of Travolution will contact you via email or phone. 

2.Class operate 1 to 10 people, so it can be proceed with other people. 

3. The class starts on time, we would appreciate if you could arrive 10 minutes before to start. 

4. If you are late more than 15 minutes due to your negligence, it would be regarded no-show, please make sure to arrive on time. 

5. If you have any color cosmetics you usually use, please bring them.

6. If you do a makeup or wear color lens, the range of color analysis can be too broad. For more accurate analysis, we recommend you to come a bare face and transparent lens (no color).

7. Reservation may be ended early. In this case, we will send you change request via email, please check it. 

8. If it is difficult to change your reservation, the reservation may be canceled.

- Cancellation by 17:00 (KST) 3 days before the reservation date: 100% refund

- Cancellation by 17:00 (KST) 2 days before the reservation date: 50% refund

- No refund afterwards
