1. Purchase the desired option. 
2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher. 
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
3. Please arrive on time at the experience place and present KakaoTalk/email voucher.
4. Proceed the experience.

1. If you are unable to make a reservation with the desired date and option, the Transvolution CS team will contact you via email or phone. 
2. Please arrive 15 minutes before the lesson time.
3. Supplies: Preparation of personal items such as swimsuits, sunscreens, extra clothes, and comfortable slippers
4. The class may be canceled depending on the condition of the wave on the day. In this case, we will contact you individually.
5. It doesn't matter if rain and waves are small.
6. Boards, suits, and showers are included in the training.

- Cancellation before 4 days of : 100% Refund
- Cancellation before 3 days ~1 day : 70% Refund 
- Afterwards / No Show : No Refund
